Who we are

Rutayo is a delivery platform for businesses that deliver with their own drivers. This policy explains what information the website rutayo.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website only. The Rutayo app and business panel will have their own terms when the pilot starts.

What we collect when you request a pilot spot

When you send the pilot form we receive your name, business name, work email, phone (if you add it), what you deliver, how many drivers you have, your message (if you write one), the language of the page and the date and time.

We use this only to contact you about the Miami pilot and to plan it. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

The requests are stored on our own server, in a folder that is not reachable from the internet.

The live route demo

To open the demo map on your city, your browser asks BigDataCloud for the approximate city of your internet address (IP). BigDataCloud receives your IP address to answer; we do not receive or store the result. If it fails, the map opens on Miami.

The map itself comes from OpenStreetMap. Like any website that serves images, their servers receive your IP address and the map area you look at.

The stops you place on the map stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.

Other services the site uses

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser) for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics tools.

The site saves the language you choose in your browser so it can open in that language next time. You can clear it from your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot requests while the pilot is being planned and run, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Write to privacy@rutayo.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), the law may give you further rights. We will honor them.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be shown clearly on the site.
