What do you deliver?
Restaurants with their own drivers
Hot food, the right door, the right order.
Your kitchen is busy, your phone keeps ringing and nobody knows where the driver is. Rutayo puts every order on a map and every driver on a sequence.
- Send orders in one tapType the order, pick the address and send it to the driver on shift.
- Closest stop nextEvery driver goes from where they are to the nearest stop, then the next nearest.
- Live map and arrival alertsSee every driver on the map. If someone arrives and forgets to confirm, the app reminds them.
- Cash and tips, reconciledKnow what each driver collected and what they handed back before they leave.
Couriers and local delivery companies
Every package accounted for, from scan to doorstep.
Labels, routes and proof that each package arrived. Rutayo turns a pile of packages into a clear delivery sequence.
- Scan the labelPoint the camera at the label. Rutayo reads the name and address in seconds.
- A sequence, not a guessPackages are ordered by proximity from the driver’s position, stop after stop.
- Proof of deliveryPhoto, time and place for every delivery, and a reason when one fails.
- Works when the internet doesn’tIf the office loses its connection, the route travels to the driver in a QR code.
Bakeries, distributors and wholesale
Your early routes, done before the doors open.
Stores waiting for bread before sunrise, drivers who start at 4 AM and a route that has to be right the first time.
- Stores in sequenceEvery driver follows a clear order of stores, from the bakery to the last stop.
- Shift clock with QRDrivers scan a code to start and end their shift. Hours are recorded by the server.
- Live progressSee which stores already have their delivery and which are next.
- Recurring routesSave the routes you repeat every morning. Coming with the pilot.
One platform, two screens
The web panel
Orders, address search, driver assignment, live map, QR codes and hours, from any computer.
The driver app
A clear sequence, big buttons, navigation, proof of delivery and a shift that starts with a QR scan.
How it works
Four steps, from the order to the proof that it arrived.
- 1
Add the orders
From the web panel: type them, paste a list or let drivers scan the labels.
- AM2
Assign a driver
Send them to a driver on shift. They arrive on the phone in seconds.
- 3
Follow the sequence
The app orders the stops by proximity and opens navigation for each one.
- 4
Confirm and close
Every stop ends as delivered or as a problem with a reason. Hours are recorded.
A backup when the internet fails
If the panel can’t reach the driver, it shows a QR with the orders. The driver scans it and keeps working.
